Bhakti Yogshala Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course Registration & Deposit
To confirm your seat, a non-refundable advance deposit (approximately 30%) is required.
This deposit secures your place in the course.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Course Fee Policy
The remaining course fee must be paid before or upon arrival.
Once the full course fee is paid, it becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.❌ Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
Course Transfer / Postponement
In genuine or emergency situations:
✔️ Students may request to transfer to a future batch
✔️ Validity: up to 12 months from the original course date
Transfer is subject to:
Availability of seats
Approval by management
Important Conditions
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 15–30 days before the course start date.
Late requests may result in:

❌ Loss of the full course fee
🚫 After Course Commencement
If a student decides to leave the course after it has started:
❌ No refund will be provided
❌ No transfer or adjustment will be allowed

If Bhakti Yogshala cancels the course due to unavoidable circumstances:
✔️ A full refund may be issued, or
✔️ An alternative batch will be offered
General Terms
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in approved cases.
Students are responsible for:
Travel arrangements
Visa and personal expenses
Bhakti Yogshala is not responsible for external disruptions or personal issues.
