Moona began her yoga journey in 2017, drawn to the transformative power of the practice. With a deep passion for holistic well-being, she pursued extensive training, completing both her 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training courses. She further deepened her expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Yoga and studying Ayurveda, integrating ancient wisdom into her teachings.
As a dedicated Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Moona specializes in supporting women through different stages of motherhood, offering guidance in movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. She also teaches Pranayama, Ayurveda, Yoga Philosophy, and Anatomy, helping students build a comprehensive understanding of the body-mind connection.
Before stepping fully into the world of yoga, Moona worked in the USA as an Agriculture Officer. However, her inner calling led her to leave that career behind and dedicate herself entirely to yoga and Ayurveda. Today, she shares her knowledge with compassion and depth, inspiring others to embrace wellness and balance in their lives.
