Namasteeeeeee… My yoga journey was always missing something since I started doing yoga and then one lucky day I found Bhakti Yogshala Yoga School online and decided to join their 200 hours yoga teacher training in India, Rishikesh. And guess what it was just amazing. Especially the instructors, they make you feel so relaxed and comfortable that you forget the fear of anything while learning. It was really awesome. Moona began her yoga journey in 2017, drawn to the transformative power of the practice. She further deepened her expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Yoga and studying Ayurveda, integrating ancient wisdom into her teachings.
As a dedicated Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Moona specializes in supporting women through different stages of motherhood, offering guidance in movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. She also teaches Pranayama, Ayurveda, Yoga Philosophy, and Anatomy, helping students build a comprehensive understanding of the body-mind connection.
Before stepping fully into the world of yoga, Moona worked in the USA as an Agriculture Officer. However, her inner calling led her to leave that career behind and dedicate herself entirely to yoga and Ayurveda. Today, she shares her knowledge with compassion and depth, inspiring others to embrace wellness and balance in their lives.
Pawan Maheshwari found Yoga when things weren’t going bright. Yoga made him realize he is unique and amazing and since he started teaching from 2020 he hasn’t looked back. He started teaching Vinyasa flow but gradually found more joy in teaching Yin Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. He also shares meditation and finds joy in breaking old habits of the ones who attends his classes because he only wishes to make them see how unique and wonderful they are. He has unique way of teaching and shares authentic depth of Yog philosophy and shows ways of living life in more joyous ways. He believes and sees everyone as a flower filled with potentiality to blossom into the most beautiful flower. His purpose is to help everyone know ways to make their soil fertile for the flower to bloom.
