200 Hour Yoga TTC Program Curriculum

Our Multi-style Yoga Teacher Training is a union of East meets West, guided by a powerful, highly experienced team. Learning a variety of styles is going to build on your versatility. You will have the tools to create excellent and creatively sequenced classes in addition to a strong base for growing your practice in the future. What we Offer

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing method of yoga that connects the movement of the body with breath, gaze, energy locks and postures. The method stresses the importance of daily practice of a set series of movements. Our guest students will be focusing on the first series while gaining the tools establish a daily practice to progress through the six series at their own pace in their lifelong pursuit of self-actualization.
