Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing method of yoga that connects the movement of the body with breath, gaze, energy locks and postures. The method stresses the importance of daily practice of a set series of movements. Our guest students will be focusing on the first series while gaining the tools establish a daily practice to progress through the six series at their own pace in their lifelong pursuit of self-actualization.

Teaching Yoga is an art. Gain the tools and hands-on experience to start sharing yoga while developing a safe and targeted practice for yourself.
In Teaching Methodology, the various ways to guide a class through one’s gestures/demonstrations, voice and grace are covere. It also focuses on how to deliver proper verbal instructions and physical alignments and adjustments.
In Sequencing classes, sample sequences are discussed. Students then progress to creating their own sequences based on specific intentions or themes.
Students practice teaching their fellow course mates, and everyone gives and receives feedback to improve further. This helps them to test out their sequences across a variety of different body types and practice levels.
Our Multistyle Teacher Training is a union of East meets West, guided by a powerful and highly experienced team. Learning a variety of styles is going to build on your versatility. You will have the tools to create amazing and creatively sequenced classes in addition to a strong base for growing your personal practice in the future.
